This simulation tool lets you interactively verify milling toolpaths for Fanuc controls. It supports advanced features such as polar coordinates (G16/G15), coordinate system rotation (G68/G69), local coordinate shifts (G52), corner radii (,R), chamfers (,C), and Fanuc macros and variables.
Watch a demonstration of the 2D milling simulator. It follows real Fanuc control rules, including linear and circular interpolation, coordinate-origin shifts and toolpath checking in the XY plane.
This web simulator provides precise milling toolpath checking in the XY plane with depth evaluation along Z. Its server-side calculation engine fully interprets standard Fanuc control syntax, including macros, polar coordinates, coordinate system rotation, and direct chamfering or corner rounding.
| Code / Format | Funkce | Simulator behavior |
|---|---|---|
| G0 / G00 | Rychloposuv | Rapid tool movement without material removal, displayed as a red dashed line. |
| G1 / G01 | Linear interpolation | Cutting feed movement. The line darkens dynamically according to the programmed Z depth. |
| G2 / G3 | Circular interpolation | CW (G2) or CCW (G3) circular arc. Supports radius programming R and center vectors I, J. A spiral is drawn when the start and end radii differ. |
| G15 / G16 | Polar coordinates | G16 enables polar mode (X specifies the radius and Y the angle in degrees). G15 disables polar mode. |
| G52 | Local coordinate origin shift | Shifts the program's local origin (X, Y). A blue coordinate cross marks the shifted origin on the canvas. |
| G68 / G69 | Coordinate rotation | G68 X... Y... R... rotates all following code around the specified center by angle R. G69 cancels the rotation. |
| G90 / G91 | Absolute / Incremental | Switches between absolute positioning (G90) and incremental programming (G91). |
| ,R a ,C | Direct corner rounding and chamfering | Fanuc syntax at the end of a G1 block: ,C creates a chamfer, ,R creates a tangential corner radius. |
| #1 to #999 | Macros and expressions | Supports variables and mathematical functions: SIN, COS, TAN, SQRT, ABS, ROUND, FIX, FUP and brackets [...]. |
